My passion is massage therapy that enhances the philosophy of Buddha which teaches that “loving kindness” and allows me to continue my journey with a positive outlook to maintain the energy.

My name is Palm, I was born in Chiang Rai, Thailand. I started my massage and beauty career after graduating from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University. I then joined Banyan Tree Luxury Resort & Spa Academy in Phuket, Thailand, which taught me authentic and unique massage techniques.  Here I gained not only first-hand experience in Thai massage, I also left with a Remedial Massage Diploma in Thai, Aromatherapy and Spa Qualifications.

After a few years, I relocated as a massage therapist, from Banyan Tree Luxury Resort, Thailand to their property – Angsana Resort which is located in Palm Cove, Cairns in 2007.  During my time at Angsana Resort I gained 3 year experience, I then decided to engage in my own day spa.I established Natural Palm Day Spa in January 2011 with my first location at Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort.  My approach was to use natural and organic products to rejuvenate my client’s skin.  My values in massage is to use products that are chemical free and no additives for health and well-being purposes.

After 7 years of being in Novotel Oasis Cairns Resort, I decided to move to a larger property to place more focus on my clients with additional staff.  My current and only location is 32 Spence Street which is situated under Rydges Hotel, Cairns City.

All my staff members are qualified therapists with additional training to reflect my values in massage therapy.  This also includes knowledge and skills that reflect my vast experience.  This is to ensure that my staff also achieve that standard of excellence and consistency that our clients expect.
