Reservation and check in

Advance booking is highly recommended to secure your preferred time and type of treatment. Please arrive at reception 10 - 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

To confirm your booking, please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy*

The treatment and time you select is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change your schedule. We request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment with no charge. Late notice of cancellation or change will incur 50% and less then 4 hours will incur 100% of the treatment price including No-Show.

Treatment selection and special health consideration

Please complete a health questionnaire available from the Reception before receiving treatment, to ensure the therapist is aware of any medical conditions or medications that clients may have and to assist you in choosing the most suitable treatment for your needs.


Guests who have high blood pressure or heart conditions are advised to consult your doctor before undergoing any spa treatments.

COVID-19 Protocol

We take care to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff. Our treatment rooms are cleaned after each client. If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to Covid-19, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment.
